0800 931 932 (from overseas call the local International Access Code followed by +800 931 932 00) and select option 1.
Access to your other accounts
Your BNZ Platinum Visa Card can also be used as a regular EFTPOS or ATM card to access your BNZ cheque and savings accounts.
24 hour banking
You never need to stop. Transfer payments directly to your BNZ Platinum Visa Card from your other BNZ accounts using our 24 Hour Telephone Banking Service. Call 0800 931 932 select option 1 then 4 to register.
If you are registered for telephone banking with another bank you can set up a bill payment to pay your BNZ Platinum Visa Card. Simply contact your other bank to make arrangements.
Internet Banking
The world?s your oyster. Once you have registered for Internet Banking you can go online at any time* and take advantage of a range of convenient services. You can use Internet Banking to:
- View account balances and transaction history
- Transfer funds between accounts and pay bills
- Apply to add an additional cardholder to your BNZ Platinum Visa account
- Register for protection options - CreditCare Plus and Cardguard
- Order a replacement statement or replace a damaged card
- Use secure email messages to request services from the Bank
- View BNZ Platinum Reward Points balance and redemption items available
- Redeem BNZ Platinum Reward Points
To register for Internet Banking, you can go to bnz.co.nz and follow the steps under Internet Banking. If you are registered for Telephone Banking call us on 0800 240 000 and we can help you register over the phone.
* Although Telephone and Internet Banking services will normally be available 24 hours a day, maintenance of the system is required from time to time. Accordingly, certain options may not be available for an average of three hours a week.
